A couple of comments. For now, I would not worry about that egg. If it is dying it's probably too late. But I have seen eggs that look similar to that one hatch just fine.



It looks like you have very little substrate in your container. I like to cover my eggs from 1/2 - 3/4 with substrate.



Finally, I would shoot for a target temp of 89 degrees. This will give you some measure of safety with fluctuating temps.
