corns (e.g.guttata) are all going to be approx 4 feet long. the only difference in morphs (when breeding a corn to a corn) will be the coloring. if you x-breed with a yellow rat, glades rat, or something you may get larger, but any e.g.guttata will grow to about 4 feet.
