Good eyes Jay... I'm no expert, but a fecal would be in order... it's not that expensive to get it checked out by a vet.. but the thing in a good zip-lock or freezer bag and keep the whole thing referigerated until you get it to a vet.
as far as the blue stuff, I have no clue.. perhaps the vet would have an idea what that was as well..
