Ok, I never actually caught a full blown ovulation (where it looks like they are going to explode) but my female has been rather large at the last third part of her body for 2 weeks now. Does this mean she is gravid and should continue to get bigger until she lays, or does it mean she is just ready to be bred again and its just her follicles that are getting big or what? I don't have pics but she is never this big unless she just gets done eating a big rat and I haven't fed anything to her in about a month. Just wondering what all a fat belly could mean that last 2 weeks. I'm thinking she is gravid but I don't really know for sure and I can't put her back with a male because I don't have one, I just took her to a friends and bred her there for a month and a half or so. Any thoughts? Thanks
