OK I have this WC female that has been giving me such a headache. The other night I finally got her to eat (yeah!) but here's the wierd thing. I've been trying to sell her mostly because I was tired of taking care of this hampster she wasn't eating but that's another story. Anyway, I took her out to weigh her and send recent photos to someone who was asking about her. I noticed she had gotten a bit darker. I figured that I would be seeing pink belly, blue eyes and a shed sometime soon. That night she ate the hampster, shed and pooped. Now, I check on her every day and not once did I see any signs of a shed other than the evening before she did and the color change was not that dramatic, just slightly. Is this weird or does it happen? I can't ever recall seeing one of my snakes go through the shed cycle like that before. Any thoughts?
