It depends on how rigorous one defines a granite....

...the head markings on this specimen are not 'classic' granite;

lack of light markings in the parietal area (the top/back part of the head) and lack of break/irregularity of dark colors at the head/neck junction suggest otherwise...these are key ingredients of a classic granite...



the body patterning do suggest a granite lineage...



really need some input from the guys in florida who've seen a lot of them...
