>>Just got myself a pair of Gonyosoma...
Awesome, glad to hear it.
>> ...(wanted them since I was a kid)
Me too, guess I'm not a kid anymore (see signature).
>> ...and wondered if anyone has any hints on how to get them breeding. I've heard humidity might be involved, but how exactly?
The only time I have caught mine copulating was when I was able to drop the temperatures at night. First time I witnessed this it was 63*.
I also sprayed the cage down the night before so the evaporation would provide a bit of cooling.
>>Also, anyone know how easy E.prasina / frenata are to keep and breed?
I understand they are much, much easier than G. oxycephala. ----- Current snakes:
0.2 Gonyosoma oxycephala - (Silver/Yellow)
3.3 Gonyosoma oxycephala - (Green)
2.1 Gonyosoma janseni - (Black)
3.3 Gonyosoma janseni - (Black & Tan)
