taking him to the vet is a smart move... i dont know how well u know the person u bought him from but he might not be telling the truth about how long the snake has had them... and if they have been like it since he got him... why did he not take him to the vet...



i have never seen that on a snake before so i would guess thats its not common...

i'm intrested to see what your vet says... if i had a guess i would say it was some kind of growth due to a calcium deposit...

if u get x-rays please post..
