I'll agree with the people over on the morelia virdis or chondro forum (i dont remember which one I saw this on) that those are eggs, and the guy you bought him from is one who shouldn't be allowed to keep snakes if he let them go for 2 years growing dormant in a snake like that. It's obviously un natural. The vet should be able to tell you how to deal with it. Good luck!
