Congrats on getting your first rack done.

You might cut a couple of spacers and tonail them into either side of the middle of the rack. I imagine you have a small amount of sagging due to how wide your rack is.



Or simply put a thin front support on.



Here is my monster rack, 81.5" x 32" x 50".



You can see I put on a front support that also has a caster on it.



When we moved recently the bottom of that front support snapped off and the rack has still sagged very little. Of course I used hollow-core doors which are pretty rigid to begin with.



A thin piece of material screwed onto the front of your rack will likely help. Since you have an odd number of boxes per row you should probably go ahead and put a support on either side of that middle box.



A support on the back is also a good idea. Not sure if you included that or not. You can see in my picture that I have a 12" wide support on the box. Pegboard on either side of that and then reflectix over that.
