I disagree with ya on that one. That little fan can definately cause some problems if not monitored 24/7. It circulates too much air for such a small space, causing possible humidity problems. With a larger incubator it may be beneficial, but not for a hovabator. It's just my opinion, but one that is shared by many who have used them before.
