When a female becomes gravid she will eat more at the beginning....as she gets closer to egg laying, she will stop eating completely. Did her color change at all....they will usually be almost completely black....compared to their normal coloration (I don't know which species you have.) Their behavior should be normal unless she is ready to lay. If she is, she will look restless, become more active at the bottom of the cage, might start to dig in potted plants, and stop eating.
