I resued a 8 ft burm from a flea market in Florida

I got a few questions... She is currently being treated for and RI. her heat has been raised to 90-95 degees she's not eating and dropping weight fast.. Well My question is.. she has very very dry skin.. she gets a bath 2-4 times a week and get sprayed down everyday 2 to 3 times a day

and doesnt seem to be helping with her dry skin is there anything I can buy that would help with that? Also is there a product I can give her to get her vitamams and things she needs til she's eating again.. I have never seen a case this bad with dry skin. she doesnt have mouth rot which is real suprizing with the condition she was in when I got her. she was stuffed in a 30 gallon tank with another 5 ft snake.. so Oh course I paid the price they wanted for her to just get her outta there... I wish I could of done more.. My wife even cryed when she seen the shape she was in. Any help is needed and will be tryed to see if we can get her back to normal. I own 8 snakes burms, ball,corns. So I am not inexperinced with them just I am at a stump and dont know what else to do. thank you for helping or your suggestions in advance!
