I have an AP 6x2x2 enclosure and the light shroud is installed. The light in a room that is approximately 80 degrees and using a 60 watt bulb keeps the hot spot at 95 (the female in the enclosure doesn't use the heat tape at all).



If you go with the 6x2x2 I suggest using a storage tub with a hole cut in the side for a hide box. My big female will often curl up ontop of the tub and lay there for extended times.



If you get one you should enjoy it alright, (I have a couple things I like about mine, but more things I dislike)
