Depends if your Colombiano

If you are from Colombia, you would say que el boa es Colombiano or a Colombian Boa. But since you are from the United States you would say Colombian Boa. Hope this helps. Most people that wish to be politically correct will use Colombian. It really does not matter. Use what you feel comfortable with.
