I doubt Colombian BCC, just on basis of rarity. Lemke and Sargent worked with them, now Russ Lockenwitz does. The Burkes produced a litter last year from a Lemke line from Russ, and a Sargent line. They sold the entire group includeing the parents. Ben Siegel had some of them, I think he may still have a pair. Yours looks very similar, but unlikely.
