I have seen the Salmons you refer to, but the Salmons I have are not that type. I think all boas have a lighter look and a darker look at times and when basking in heat etc...But the color I was showing is pigment that is dispersing into the skin and eventually dissapears. I have seen Salmons with speckles that never go away. If you look at my boas, they are as clean as can be. That clean look is due to the Female being a Pastel and clean...meaning a reduction in Black overall. The Salmon being naturally void of most black pigment brings out even more of a red clean look when bred to a Pastel. I would say when you see boas with that type of concentration of color down through the sides, as neonates you can bet that more color is on the way. For me that is what I have been seeing.
