A culture and sensitivity is indicated if not already done, as mentioned in the prior post. This will direct the vet to the best antibiotic for your snake's infection. With that said, I am impressed that the antibiotics already tried have not worked. This is either because the disease is more complicated (ie, the possible parasites you mentioned) or more likely to be a lack of proper husbandry. I say this as a generality, and not as a direct critism towards you. Either way, re-evaluate your snakes husbandry, including stress factors, temp's humidity ect. Go back to your vet and ask for any diagnostic tests that may have been previously offered. Blood work, culture, and X-rays are all important on RI's that won't go away.
