Hi, :0) About to receive a pair of C.werneri a couple questions

My pair should arrive shortly, maybe tomorrow. I'm getting their reptarium set up. I have a spare incase I notice the male really pestering the female.



Anyway, as far as temps and basking,need some help, I have read room temp is fine for these guys. My reptile room is much too hot but my downstairs is perfect. We keep the heat about 68- 69 I have used my temp gun inside the reptarium and thats the reading I'm getting.



A branch under the uv strip , I'm getting about 4 to 5 degrees warmer. Should I use a low wattage bulb for a basking site and get it closer to 80 ?



Thanks a bunch guys,appeciate any and all advice and knowledge on keeping these guys happy and healthy .



I will post some pics when they arrive I'm a lizard picture taking NUT !
