When do the new 2005 BP Hatchlings usually arrive?

Just wondering when BP breeders usually have new hatchlings? is there a pretty much set schedule that every breeder uses or is every breeder on a different breeder schedule?

I didn't know if you could only breed BP's during certain times of the year just like other animals..
