Taming babies...HELP

Ok.. for the past clutches i have had i just watched them hatched and didnt really interact at first. In a couple days i have another clutch about to hatch....what would they do if i was the first scent they smelled? like if i were to help them out of the egg and i was the very first thing for them to see or smell. Would they be nippy like most baby burms? yalls ideas plzz.
