i always warm them up, via a heat pad, i let all the feeders sit on it, flipping every so often, until they are quite warm to the touch. all of my other herps are quite happy with the temps of the rats/mice, i think she just knows how hard it is for me keep safetly reaching in to jiggle her rat for her! i worry so much about her weight, she looks so skinny to me, but does eat, just not as much as i think she should. about 2 out of three weeks she accepts the meal. no ribs or anything poking out, mebe im just over-worrying
