Put her in a tub of warm water and let her soak. Many times this will stimulate her to lay eggs (as well as give her a much needed drink of water). If she lays the eggs in the water, just throw them away. You can try to incubate them, but I find most all of them die anyway.

You may need to help her by using some ky jelly. You can apply this by using an old rectal thermometer and carefully inserting it into her cloaca.

If you need to take her to a good vet, I believe Dr Greek is in Yorba Linda. He is an excellant reptile vet.
