re: worms, etc. no, they are arboreal (other than leaf chams that are forest floor dwellers) creatures and to the best of my knowledge go to ground strictly to lay eggs.
I would call the vet, introduce yourself, see what cham experience he has, tell him of Cecily's situation. This way if you do need his services he will have a little background. But remember, vets are busy and getting appointments can be tough so you should also get their hours of business and who to call in an emergency. it is also a good idea to get a fecal done on your chams every 6 months or so, so maybe after she lays you could collect fresh poop from both and bring it in - my vet only charges $12 for the standard fecal exam. this way you will have established a relationship with him, too ----- Chameleon Help & Resource Info
