update on rescued boa

well she made it through the weekend. The mucous does not seem any less although it is now more clear than yellowish. She does seem more active and stronger than as limp as she was when she was brought in. I gave her the second shot of baytril today. 3 more to go. The vet gives her a 50/50 chance. I hope we see some good improvement in the next couple days.
As for the belly rot, I gave her a bath today with some warm water an a little antiseptic/antibiotic stuff the vet gave me. man she let out a big poo in that warm water!
All weekend I have taken her outside for about 30 min of warm direct sunshine as prescribed. She seems to like it. I offer her shade and she seems to like soaking up the vitamin d.
As for that bad eye cap, I have been doing mineral oil on a qtip twice a day. I am hoping it will be loose by the next shed to come off.
I am trying to provide the best environment for her to survive the years of neglect.
If she does the rest of her life will be much better
