Keep in mind that Arizona is fairly much a conservative Republican state. Meaning they tend to vote against regulations. The exception of course has to do with invasive species (mostly geared towards plant species).
By lax laws I mean AZ allows sugar gliders, ferrets and gerbils. Any herp you can legally keep in CA you can keep in AZ, but there might be 'native species' regulations similiar to CA. Might also be some restrictions on insects, but I haven't looked too much into it. They also don't allow dwarf spiney hedgehogs, prairie dogs, and African pouched rats.
Definitely warmer here. Was 90 today. You may want to considering an outside misting system if you keep your chams outside, but they aren't too expensive.
The reptile shows are also small, but attended well. ----- Victor Gomez
