Yes there are heat mats you can use inside of the cage. I use Big Apple Herpetological’s Dragon’s Lair Heat Mats under my Vision cages and they work great but they can also be used inside a cage. If I were you I might try a radiant heat panel applied to the top or side of the cage, just to keep them from “going” on it. What ever you use make sure you use a thermostat.
