I just got rid of my dumerils boa and got a columbian redtail boa. I got everything all cleaned/setup and got my new boa in, but now I notice that she keeps "popping" her mouth open. Like itll be normal then quickly jerk open like 1/2" to 1". I do know she is starting to shed right now... is that the reason??? I never saw my dumeril do this, the most he ever did was stretch his mouth WAY open and then close it, but only when he was A.)shedding or B.)hungry.
Any suggestions appreciated.
