I have had a male breed two females this season. I had one last year that bred one for me, and then went on to another fella and bred possibly two more. I know of males that have definitely bred at least three separate females in one season.

I think it mainly depends on the male's health, and his eagerness to breed. As far as what to breed him to? The blue trait will be sure to make anything you decide on very interesting indeed.
