I would go 1:1 mammal to fowl (1 rat feeding, then 1 quail feeding), or as much as 1:2. My only concern would be in regards to calcium phosphorus ratios, but quite frankly, I'm not sure if the needs of a boa regarding mineral requirements has been scientifically established.

Their poop smells REALLY bad when they eat birds...just a warning.
