Need some help!! re:Bill Cagle

I was trying to contact Bill Cagle to inquire about some of his peruvians BCC's... went to the web site and for some reason the phone number and email didn't work? (maybe is just me) I was wondering if anybody knew how to get ahold of him. Also would like some suggestions on who produces some of the best peruvians and who might have some available now.
