Heating a Big Cage

I recently got a big screen cage for my veiled--48x24x24. For heat, I have a 150 watt tight beam on top, a 60 watt day-glo on the side (high, toward the basking spot), and a 100 watt day-glo on the same side (toward bottom).



The thing is this--with so much ventilation, I can't seem to get the ambient temp (away from basking spots) above room temp (70 in winter). Is there some trick to keep some more heat within the cage? Should I heat the cool side as well? Is ceramic of infra-red a better heat source (project further) than the day-glo bulbs?



Any thoughts would be appreciated.
