As long as you are quite certain each of the snakes is 100% healthy a minimal amount of contact should be fine. Boas and Pythons carry different bacterias that may harm the other so you don't want to over expose them to that and the IBD has already been pointed out. I'm not a boa person and don't really know much about them, but some snakes will eat other smaller snakes, check to make sure your species is not one that will consider your little guy a snack. I personally wouldn't do it, but if you are going to do it, know what you are working with first. ----- Tosha
