Hi - re: Vit A, not at all. She gets herptivite dusted feeders once a month and rep-cal/d3 once/week. The crix get a variety of veggies, including many with beta carotene (e.g. carrots, squash) but also greens, apples, etc.



>>If I am not mistaken over supplemting VITAMIN A causes renal failure. Panthers can not use straight vit A and ahve to ingest it as beta carotene first. Rep-Cal makes this form in Herptivite. Were you using vit A sups in large amts?
