Travis good for you man! Its nice to see people take such care of these animals when they get abused or mistreated. I went through a similiar situation some years ago with a college kid who left for school and decided to let his BEAUTIFUL Peruvian female rot in his closet, his mother called the Steinhardt Aquarium where I was volunteering and it was rescued. Wounds on its nose from trying to get out of the closet (where it sat in the dark for a month), a nasty case of stomatitis and some burns rounded off this animals suffering. It took several months but she came around and was an absolutely gorgeous snake who is still in the possession of a friend of mine. I think he bred her once a year or so later. Anyways, GOOD FOR YOU MAN YOU SHOULD BE PROUD OF WHAT YOU HAVE DONE FOR THIS ANIMAL!!!!!
