wolsniw,
...Clean it out as often as it needs it. Have a look at the mouth at least once a day and see how it is coming along. It may need to be cleaned out only once or it may need to be cleaned as often as once a day. Hydrogen pyroxide is great for cleaning out wounds but it is not optimal for healing of the wound. After thoroughly cleaning with pyroxide apply a very very thin wipe of antibiotic ointment down into the lesions. Cleaning the wound in the mouth will do nothing to help the respiratory infection. It will in fact cause stress to the snake which can impede the snake's natural infection fighting capabilities. A respiratory infection will sometimes clear up by providing warmer temperatures but they often require antibiotics. The mouth rot may clear up solely with wound care and cleaning but it may also require antibiotics. Mouth rot and respiratory infection at the same time may be caused by the same infectious pathogen. They also may have been caused by or worsened by suboptimnal caging and husbandry or stress. Very clean caging and water bowls and simple spotless clean substrate are important for preventing and also clearing up infections.
