Dan:
It's a bit difficult to tell, but is this an all glass enclosure? Maybe it's just the angle of the picture, but it looks like you have her in a glass aquarium.
Also, about the silver bowl seen in the background. What is its purpose? Food, water, or a catchbin for excess water?
I'm thinking that the setup might have something to do with the reason it's roaming on the floor. Perhaps it's seeing its reflection on the glass, stressing itself out. You can see the bowl's reflection on the left side of the picture. Maybe if the bowl is a water catch, your chameleon might be going there for water or for food if it's being used for feeding.
Personally, I wouldn't reccommend using an all glass enclosure, much better to use all screen. I did notice that the advertisements from the newspaper on the floor are written in a foreign (Scandanavian maybe?) language. Are you in Europe and using an all glass enclosure to keep your cham's habitat more tropical?
Just my thoughts. ----- Victor Gomez
