Striped Tail Boas?

I have come across a local guy who just had a litter a boas born. In this litter was 9 boas with thier tails striped instead of the typical spots. I am assuming these boas r worth more then regulars. I am interested in buying them all off him and I am wondering what they r worth. Also there is one other that he won't part with that is stripe from his head all the way to his tail. Really neat looking I was hoping to get it but the guy says no way. LOL I guess I can't blame him! Is there a good chance that if I breed the boas that I could get a complete stripe like thier sibling?
