I'd say....

....it's staining from dissolved trace waste products...although it CAN be a sign of infection...if they're feeding and otherwise behaving normally, I'd go with the watch and wait mode...make sure they have access to a hot spot of at least 92F...the green color is a bit disconcerting but probably not indicative of a problem...
