about that dead skin that is on your snake. To get it off, I suggest getting a small container, such as a Kritter Keeper. Put about 1/2 inch of tepid water in the bottom, then take a few paper towels and lay them in there. Put the snake on top of the paper towels, then put a few more DRIPPING wet paper towels on top of the snake. Secure the lid on the whole thing, put the container back into his cage, and wait about 1/2 hour. Check to see if all the shed skin is off. If not, put the snake and the Kritter Keeper assembly back in the cage and leave for a longer period. DON"T put it directly over the hot spot.
You can also take a wrung out paper towel after soaking the snake and kind of work off any stuck shed skin. Go in the direction of the scales and make sure that his tail doesn't have any shed skin stuck at the tip. ----- phflame
