Boa won't feed ?

I purchased 3 Baby BCC from Zoological Imports 14 days ago. The male and one of the females have fed twice but one of the females shows no interest and acts scared. I have tried different sized foods, live and f/t but still no interest. She is much skinnier than her counterparts but still active. They are all kept in a rack with proper heating, water, hide spots etc. so it can't be their setup. Maybe she needs to shed before I try to feed again? Any tips would be appreciated. I am not too worried, though but I have never had a Boa that never fed :-/
