I understand you not wanting to pay top dollar for a boa, but if not interested in breeding why would state "I don't know if it’s worth the money, since I can't make it back by breeding." and why would it matter if the price drops? I am a firm believer that if you are going to buy something..... then buy the best! When people want something just for eye value then a return of investment is not really a question you should be asking. After all if you are buying the boa as a pet than this means you are keeping it for life, not just until you tire of it and try to resell it. If you are looking for a top notch pet, if you do your homework, you may find a quality boa at a reasonable price…. in the end you may not be able to resist temptation to breed and you will have a good foundation animal to work with. Many people here will work with you and allow you some type of payment plan; in the end you will be happy with an A grade boa.
