Posted by: pdr1165 at Fri May 16 19:18:39 2003 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by pdr1165 ] I have a female western hognose in my group of 10 that started having a couple sores or raw areas, one on the the left side of her head and one on the right side of her tail. It has now progressed to where several areas on her body there are raised scales with sores underneath. Another hognose in the group has a similar spot on his head. The only way I can describe it is that the scales are raised and the tissue underneath it is very spongy...i.e. it is swollen but gives easily to touch and then springs back. I'm trying to borrow a digital camera to get some photos. If anyone has any ideas, I'd appreciate it. | ||
