She's in a new space and may not be recognizing where to hunt for food. Chams are often reluctant to shoot out of a container if it is too small. They don't like hitting their tongues on hard surfaces. Maybe she's so preoccupied by the new "view" that she is not hunting. A healthy cham can go a week without eating much at all. Is she showing her stress colors a lot? One suggestion is to put a larger plastic bin nestled in the most secluded area of her cage so she can climb down to the rim easily, watch the insects moving around without feeling she is exposed to view, and can shoot at her leisure. If you are free ranging crix or superworms remember that they are most active at night and usually hide pretty quickly if loose in the cage. | ||
