It all depends on what your goals are. If you are trying to breed for a select trait then it is sometimes the best way to do it. If you are just breeding for the fun of it, with no real intent of producing "special morphs" etc...I would recommend not doing it. If you need a baby male they are easily purchased from $50-150. Let me know if you need help finding one.
