First off, i've never had a regurg problem before. I am going to presume your carpet is still quite young. I would suggest maybe getting slightly smaller food items. But don't offer yet. Leave her a week or two to let her settle in and get over her regurg... i understand that often, when they regurg, they become hesitant to eat.
So leave her a week or two, and try smaller prey. Ensure that whatever you feed is COMPLETELY defrosted, and only slightly warm. Sometimes, a snake eats something that appears thawed, only to let it get deep into their stomach and become VERY cold. That would be enough to make anybody regurg 
If she does it again, i'd consult a vet. But i wouldn't panic, just call a herp vet and ask if they could spare a minute over the phone.
