I have bred a female at 30 months and under two pounds but she had a small clutch her first and second year. Males can breed at 18 months if fed well.
It is hard to say without knowing how big the parents are. Some IJCP grow to be very large, 6 ft , while others stay under five feet. I have an 03 female that is longer and heavier than both of my 01 females and she is still growing. You can tell when they stop growing in length and start filling out with adult muscle mass and weight. Once they stop filling out with muscle mass they will put on more fat. Females need a good fat reserve to produce a clutch.
Good luck,
Jaremy ----- Jaremy Douglas
