Those weights sound good.
I think they will breed at this time of year. THe eggs, however, might not be fertile since this will be her first clutch.
I would keep them together until you see them breed, then I would seperate them. It depends how long it takes them to breed. I think 24 hours is a little short, I'd say atleast 2-3 days.
That setup sounds great.
Don't forget to dust her mealworms with calcium w/ d3 once a week.
