I wouldn't reccomend feeding her a pinkie. While they do fatten them up, they are hard to digest and can carry parasites.



A good feeder insect to fatten females up, is silkworms. 1 silkworm has as much nutrients as 3-5 crickets. They put weight on my females very quickly. You can get them from silkwormfarm.com



You can feed them crickets, but I would have a bowl of mealworms available at all times.
