How do you deal with a Boa mother right after birthing? Without getting bitten?

This is the first time I do this, and after reading everything
I can find I'm still not very clear on this.

The mother is probably going to be very aggresive, so how do you
get her out of the cage?

Will it be easier to remove her or remove the neonates?

Thanks for any advice...........tc
